If you where doing a shop upgrade, what would be some features you would add?

For phase one of the Shop Upgrade, we are looking at trying to get the most room out of a small shop. The shop size is roughly 17' wide by 25' long. Some things that are important are:

1. Storage space
2. Organization
3. Productivity
